Da Vinci Cliffs Notes haha! Hollywood is so ridiculous! But I guess if we didn't slurp of the slop they served us, they would have to change. Will eagerly await "Slum Dog Meets Schindlers List" or some nonsense! Great strip.

The next 10 "Indian" movies to be made will either be derivative of SM, or star Freida or Dev, it's really quite sad.

So many naysayers! I know I'm not the only one who loved Slumdog obviously! So what if derivative movies get made?? Derivative of Slumdog is better thn 99.9 percent of movies out there!

I love this comic but I agree that there is alot of unnecessary backlash when in their heart of hearts everyone really loved Slumdog!

What's with all the anonymous posting? Don't you guys have the balls to attach your name to your opinion?

LOL--"Indian Sci Fi Movie Only"!

This is so true. It's such a weird thing that the people in charge of what gets out into the mainstream media are always scared shitless of innovation. From now till who knows when, any movie about Indians will be compared to Slumdog. Which isn't a bad thing necessarily, more of a commentary on the creative process.

"Have some cute Indian slum kids in it": Ha. Unfortunately that is what many people liked about the film, I think!

tee hee! i'd rather see a slumdog ripoff/clone than a bend it like beckham ripoff/clone!

i prefer to see a "Mississippi Masala" ripoff/clone - old school yo, well before it was supposedly cool to be Desi. ;-))

Heya exceptional website! Does running a blog similar to this take a lot of
work? I've virtually no understanding of programming but I had been hoping to start my own blog in the near future. Anyhow, if you have any suggestions or techniques for new blog owners please share. I understand this is off subject however I just wanted to ask. Appreciate it!

Take a look at my web site; Raspberry Ketone Diet
